Everyone one of us, whether working for someone or self-employed, sales job or desk job, needs to be aware of the “brand” we create for ourselves.  WHY is this so important, to ALL our careers, jobs, businesses and ultimately success and satisfaction?  HOW do I do this?  WHAT is in it for me? 

Dave Goranson will delve deeper into the key reasons we ALL need to practice some degree of self-marketing/branding.  He will move us quickly, with lots of interaction and FUN exercises to explore key reasons behind this need, methods and practical applications – that work!!  This session should also provide a GREAT platform for immediate use at our speed networking event which follows…..and many other opportunities beyond that. 

Dave, founder and President of Goranson Consulting, Inc. has over 25 years of professional experience solving business problems and creating solutions.  During his business career Dave has served in key leadership roles at Paychex, Inc. and U.S Cellular Corp. in sales, sales management and training, operations management and general management.  His areas of expertise encompass employee selection, testing and assessment, leadership development and succession planning.  Dave also offers professional coaching, development and mentoring for those people truly looking to enhance and improve their personal and professional lives.  Dave has a B.A. from Monmouth College, Monmouth, IL and an MBA from the University of Missouri – Columbia.  He also is a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance.
